You have to install the language(s) in Moz (Edit | Prefs | Navigator | Languages). I added all chinese variations. However that alone didn't work, I then had to install the asian fonts for the OS (on win they are on the orig install CD, can't find them online). On XP it is Control Panel | Regional and Language options, Languages | and check the "install asian language files" box. You'll need an install CD.
