Hi all,

FYI, Vincent has translated the welceom template into
french.  Vincent I moved it from your original location at

/community/articles/welcome-template_fr.html -> /index_fr.html

It should show up on www in ~1hr, and soon will be linked with
a flag, as normal.  We also have a chinese translation live.
