Sorry for the delay in getting to this, I am really 
swamped.  Please don't think that the delay means I'm
not interested - quite the opposite, this is the 
exciting stuff! :-)

Excellent, thanks.  I've just commited it to the staging
site :

If you have a chance please check it out, make sure
characters and encoding are all OK etc.

One small note - I think the "Per-Module Lists" list
item and link at the top got missed in the dutch version
:-)  If anyone has a chance, perhaps you could translate
just this chunk of text :

Well other than Vincent and Maxym who have done quite a 
lot of translations on their own, we're all just starting
:-)  Actually it does make it harder for me to process these
without the normal HTML left there, purely because I can't
read anything of course, so if there is any formatting or
hrefs etc etc etc I need to fix I have to guess where it
goes! :-)

That would be nice ... in fact Vincent suggested something
similar also.  I'm not really sure how to start on that.
Also it seems  a shame to do that for just the few docs we
are talking about translating.  Eg what if the dutch (or any)
community grows and there is interest in translating more web
content than those 5 docs ?

Good suggestion though.  We definitely need to think about
this whole process a bit, any more ideas most welcome.
