Maxym is right, that URL is the place to start.  Although,
if you are interested in working on French translations,
much work is already done, probably all of the pages listed
at that URL.  Vincent Brabant (who is on the webteam@ list)
has done a *lot* of translation of website content already.
Maybe it would be better to talk to him directly about what
to do ...

Vincent (B) has also done work on a translation of the IDE
into French.  Again, perhaps it would be best if you talked
to him to find out status, and what you can do ...

Vincent B, can you let Vincent D (this is getting confusing!
