Update : I started work on this last Friday.  It is quite slow
work to convert the FAQs to Wiki syntax and style, so I've
only done 1 FAQ so far.  Also this is my first Wiki experience,
so I am moving slowly :-)  I later worked out that regular HTML
is also OK, so I will probably just copy paste the HTLM in at
first to get them up quicker, then work on converting them to
correct Wiki format.

I'll keep working on this today; if anyone wants to help, pls
contact me and we can work out some way of splitting up the
work so we don't mess each other up.

Rob/Mktg, I don't know what the Sprout schedule is looking
like, but you could probably add a note about the Wikis if
you need some content.  Just mention that

- User FAQs are moving into a Wiki format;
- hosted by our friends over at java.net;
- community members (with java.net login) will be able to
   edit and add to the FAQs, should result in much cleaner,
   accurate and useful resource;
