For interest I am subscribed to nbdiscuss_fr@, and I think
*exactly* this situation just happened - someone posted
asking where they could find French NB content.  They
obviously found out about nbdiscuss_fr on the lists page,
but still wanted to find more, or all, French content, and
were having trouble doing so.  (Is that right Vincent ?)

Vincent replied pointing out a few key pages, and the site
map, which is the only real way to find all localised
content now.  But wouldn't it be better if the user could
find/go to http://fr.netbeans.org/ and see everything there,
all linked and visible ?

BTW this idea is not entirely mine, I borrowed it from
openoffice.org :-)  If you wanted to see an example of how
it might work, check out :

    http://www.openoffice.org/
    http://fr.openoffice.org/
    http://es.openoffice.org/
    ...

It's true this soloution isn't perfect - no localised tabs,
"static" left side navigation for the whole ISO.nb.org
website ... but IMO these are relatively small compared to
the advantages.
