I'm in ;-))
I looked through a lot of OS projects, and the cleanest way to tell people
we're localizable to XXX, is to have xx.netbeans.org. So I'm sorry not to
agree with the idea when it arised.

Technically testwww -> www is "a good thing", especially for easy "Printable
version", but testxx->xx, testyy->yy, testzz->xx is way too much.

I propose to have testwww/www/locales/xx -> xx
