Hello,
I've just moderated (disabled) your recent news posting
to netbeans.org. The posting consisted of a single URL.
You're welcome to post any NetBeans related news on the
site, in fact we encourage it, but please try to make your
posts clear and informative. What is the item about ?
Why should an NB user be interested ? What will I find
at the included URL ? Remember this news item will show
up on one of the most visited pages on the site, a lot
of people will see it - it's in both yours and our best
interests to make sure everything there is as clear as
possible.
BTW when I visited the URL you posted, I found an RSS
feed - which of course is just XML in my browser, I
couldn't work out what it was about at all. You might
want to mention that it is RSS and not a browsable page
in your news item, since other people browsing there
with a browser will see the same as I did, and wont be
able to make much sense of it.
You should be able to edit your post at :
http://www.netbeans.org/servlets/ProjectNewsEdit?newsID=412
Please do so, and include some descriptive text etc, as
mentioned above. Once that's done, I'll be happy to
re-enable the post.
Thanks for your understanding.
Best Regards,
