This was one of the concerns that OpenOffice.org had when they started
their native language lists - they built a team of leaders for the
native language projects that included several co-leads for each
language so they were well supported. I guess we have to start small,
but think BIG. ; ) Once a lists starts it will also new attract
members that will be willing to help support the list.
