Not your fault, you did post on nbdiscuss, and due nobody was interested
(and I didn't answer the things we discussed here once again), the idea died
young ;-) now it's resurrecting

I'm sure my English is worse ;(( - by "flaming" I mean smth like idle
talking, jabbering, chatting. I mean, not a straight brainstorming, and
surely not a decisionfull kind of speeches. Am I clear? Yeap, the intention
is to push forward, but not in an ultimatum manner.

Yes, they are created, but using mailing list is more public and open than
private email that may be going between (e.g.) the only two localizers.

I didn't think much about an implementation actually, imho, dead site is
worse than no site. You have a brilliant idea, ++1

Not sure it's the right place to go. I'd propose talking here a bit,
agreeing on some rules, publishing them and asking all the community if they
are interested in one of the following Sprouts.
