But it's then impossible to have a "living" website as the english one.

Maybe yes, maybe no. We need to test it to see what it will happens.
By the way, what it would really be nice is to have
files like http://www.netbeans.org/kb/advanced.html automatically generated for other language than english one.
So, the page http://www.netbeans.org/kb/advanced.html will list only the english one, but the
http://fr.netbeans.org/kb/advanced_fr.html will list the french one, and
http://ru.netbeans.org/kb/advanced_ru.html will list the russian one
What do you think about that ?
