Wow, this is pretty exciting Vincent.  Thanks for putting
this together and pushing this whole proposal along.

There are still some issues we need to deal with though :

- We still had no comment from the wider community about
  this :-(  I reposted a final call to nbdiscuss asking for
  any objections;

- Did we settle on a plan for flag placement ?  Just one FR
  flag on the www/index.html page that points to fr.nb.org ?
  Or a flag for every page on www that has a corresponding
  FR version in the same place on fr.nb.org ?

  Whichever it is, I will need to update the flag scripts.

- I will need to update the KB to handle $lang websites;

- I will need to update RSS generation scripts to handle
  $lang websites;
