Any objections in nbdiscuss. (Because any discussion).
But they had two time possibilities to speak and vote pro or con.

In the first phase, french documents will continue to exists on both 
places (fr and www)
When the scripts will be updated, I will remove the french documents 
from the www site.

I proposed to create a xml that will do the corresponding between 
fr.netbeans.org website and xxx.netbeans.org
But the dtd of that xml file is not defined.

I propose a very simple xml structure:
<pages translation="fr">
  <page url="http://www.netbeans.org/.../.../afile.html" 
url-translation="http://fr.netbeans.org/.../frenchfile.html" />
  ...
  <page .../>
</pages>

It's just a proposal.

Feel you free to impose me another xml structure.
