Interesting ... since we don't generate flags/links for websites
other than www, the only place this (and it's translation) would
show up on www are in the KB, if the page is tagged of course.

You're right.  I thought Apache content negotiation would serve
index_fr.html automatially to browsers with french locales, but
actually it is index.html.fr, and anyway, we want *every* visitor
to fr.nb.org to see french content, not just those with french
locales.

So, yes, agreed, no file_$lang.html for content on language sites,
just plain file.html is better.  Anyone else disagree ?
