Plugins page is way out of date

Hello,

The computer I am running Netbeans on does not have an internet connection.
I wanted to install the latest J2ME support plugins, so I went to the plugin
page since I cannot use the update center. The plugins page does not have
the latest J2ME plugins. I was finally able to get them by looking at the
CVS source for the update code, getting the download URL, and pasting that
URL into Mozilla for each file.

It would also be nice if you could list all of the plugins for a specific
version of Netbeans. Right now the signal to noise ratio is pretty low.
