Sorry I wasn't clear - I already have it from last time.  It is in my
Inbox, waiting for me :-)

This is probably a good idea ... I am reluctant because left nav of
www is so heavily populated already.  Adding search form will push some
nav menus down off the bottom of the page.  I will experiment.
