Agreed. Done. Live.

With the exception of fr, I added something like this, commented out,
with info, into every module's left-nav.js. See as random eg

http://www.netbeans.org/source/browse/a11y/www/left-nav.js?rev=1.2&content-type=text/vnd.viewcvs-markup

I am updating the module navigation guide to describe how to use this,
your comments are welcome. My updates are live (but I am changing things
right now) :

Another good suggestion, done, though I used "/index.html", rather than
"/", as they are (unfortunately) different to SourceCast. This change is
live.

Thanks for all your help Vincent! Very much appreciated :-)
