netbeans.org Home Page and l10ns

Hi,

1. http://www.netbeans.org/ does NOT show the Choose Language combo
(while http://www.netbeans.org/index.html does).

2. This sign is not visible much.

3. There's no page listing ALL the resources in, Russian, for example.
Is it indended to be done manually?
