Most people that follow these tutorials are new to Java and/or new to
Netbeans. There shouldn't be an assumption that they know everything
not explicitly covered, but which is required to get a project going.

Perhaps there can also be a "Related Tutorials/Articles" section at the
bottom of each article.

In addition, the above mentioned article lists 3 possible results of
testing the application. The last being:

"Password for this user is correct, but user does not have right to
access the secured content -> browser displays Error 403 Access to
the requested resource has been denied"

The author, however, doesn't point to a resource that would help the
reader resolve this. Perhaps it's not the authors job, but if there
were a "Reader's Comments" section, someone certainly could.
