Translation to Spanish page NetBeans Features

Greetings,
I'm starting with the translation of the followinf webpage: http://testwww.netbeans.org/features/index.html

Its not too big. But i have a question, also its not clearly explained in http://www.netbeans.org/community/contribute/localise.html. The translation also includes the links, do I have to translate the html documents linked by the html I mentioned first?
