It is enough for now if you send the info about completion of your 
translation to the [email protected] mailing list.
I will be modifying the instructions provided at 
http://netbeans.org/community/contribute/localise.html#website because 
our internal process has changed and now translations are done via 
OpenCTI (i.e. the project you are already translating).
