Cannot contact the rsync mirror server.

  Hello,

I manage the OSU Open Source Lab mirror for netbeans, and I have noticed 
that recently the cron job has been unable to contact the rsync server. 
Is there something wrong with my configuration? I noticed that this 
happened before due to a server being relocated [1]. Is this the case again?

This is my rsync line

/usr/bin/rsync -rtLpv --delete --delete-after 
--password-file=/data/mirror/etc/netbeans 
rsync://[email protected]:8873/netbeans/sync/
