ASM 4 is ready ?

Hi everybody,
I'm please to announce that I've finished to implement all remaining 
features of ASM 4.
   - xml package has been updated to work with invokedynamic.
   - the optimizer works with invokedynamic.
   - ClassWriter(ClassReader) optimization now works.

All tests pass minor two small nits:
- Because of bug 7005403, the GC crashes the VM on some tests.

- when parsing org.jcp.xml.dsig.internal.dom.DOMReference,
   a label is removed after transformation, I have no idea why but
   this bug already exists if you use ASM 3.3 with jdk7.

It will be great if you can test this version on your current project
before we decide to publish it.
