find corresponding local variable entry

Hi, I have a question related to local variables. Assume you have a xSTORE var operation. What is the best way to find the corresponding entry in the local variable table? To the best of my knowledge there is no utility method picking the corresponding entry based on the index of the xSTORE and its relative position in the bytecode?! Best regards Nikolas
