There is also an attribute InnerClasses (see section 4.7.6) of the JVM 7 
spec:
   http://jcp.org/aboutJava/communityprocess/maintenance/jsr924/index3.html
that contains relations between inner classes and outer class.

For ASM, the method visitOuterClass in ClassVisitor will be called.
