TraceClassVisitor#main missing in asm4

Hi all,

I just noticed that TraceClassVisitor#main is not there anymore. Is 
there a replacement or do I have to write a wrapper for it now? It was a 
bit surprising to me since ASMifier and CheckClassAdapter still seem to 
have their main methods. Btw, that main was removed is also missing in 
the documentation for differences between 3.3 and 4.0. The document 
mentions only a changed constructor, but no removed main method.
