Aw: asm plugins and Eclipse 4.6.1

Hi,

I must confess, I do not maintain the ow2 update site since this was creating too much overhead for me.
The latest working BCO plugin version is always available from my personal update site http://andrei.gmxhome.de/eclipse or (which is same you will get if you visit https://marketplace.eclipse.org/content/bytecode-outline).

I can run it even on 4.7.
