ASM code cleanup / get ride of package org.objectweb.asm.xml ?

We (mostly Eric),
are doing a big code cleanup for the next version of ASM, with proper tests, etc.

Some parts of the code are not well maintained and have a lot of bugs that indicate that there are not used, like the GASMifier that we are removing now.
If you do not know what the GASMifier is, that the point !
The GASMifier also does not work well with the future extension of the JVM spec (that will land in the spec in 1 year, 1 year and a half).

Speaking of non well maintained code, i wonder if you are using the package xml, given the bugs Eric has found, it seems that nobody use it,
in that case, i think it's better to remove it than to try to pretend that we provide such service.

So if you are using the package xml, please scream, now :)
