This is a multi-part message in MIME format... ------------=_1540662993-18771-5 Content-Type: multipart/alternative; boundary="0000000000003b51530579398e2e" --0000000000003b51530579398e2e Content-Type: text/plain; charset="UTF-8" i'll second this ! java 11 has been out for a month already, and with the new 6-month release cycle things are happening much faster - in another month or 2, people will be thinking about java 12 ! i've been holding off on officially supporting 11 till asm is final (ie i'm in beta as well). since i largely isolate end-users from asm (they're running asm, but not coding against the asm api) maybe it makes sense for me to release with the asm beta - it's kind of hard to imagine a change happening at this point that required me to make more than a point release to fix i guess if the asm team "blessed" this approach, i'd be ok with it. and that seems like the most reasonable approach for everyone (not sure how much of the asm api cglib exposes, so not sure if it helps their situation) On Sat, Oct 27, 2018 at 12:43 PM, Ismael Juma <[email protected]> wrote: > Any updates on the final release?
