Is OSWorkflow in CVS (upcoming 2.5) usable and relatively stable?

We have an app currently using OSWorkflow 1.0, which is obviously pretty outdated now. I have a bit of time available, and am thinking about spending the time upgrading to 2.5. Can anybody comment on whether the CVS version is usable and generally bug free (that is, there are not a large number of significant _known_ bugs)? Additionally, can anybody comment on whether or not major changes are still in the pipeline?
