Some possible minor changes for oscore, etc.

Something I'd like to see that may be beneficial for OpenSymphony in
general:

It'd be neat to see oscore used in some of the older projects such as
sitemesh, as it contains things sitemesh could be using, and should
contain things localised in sitemesh.

Likewise, it'd be neat to see filter support in oscore (as tag support
already is), along with possibly some common useful filters - like XSL
transformations and compression.

These are just my two cents, of course.
