I'm against introducing OSCore into SiteMesh without an obvious need for it.
Currently SiteMesh runs without, and perhaps in the future it could use code
from OSCore, which we'll use then.

I'm all for adding generic filters.

IMHO the most urgent need for OpenSymphony is to get *good*, well-structured
documentation online for XWork, WebWork 2, OSUser and OSAccess, and a
documentation cleanup for OSCore and OSWorkFlow. Documentation and lack of
releases are the number one reason for people not using our components.
