OSCore 2.2.2 Release

Not sure how many people still use OSCore, but I've made a new release 
which further improves the TextUtils handling of urls.

Short release notes:

(CORE-50) All hierachical URLs are now linked (not just http:// etc). 
This means that you can use 'notes://' and 'file:///'

(CORE-53) Text such as <xml url="http://www.abc.com#def"></xml> is not 
hyperlinked properly

(CORE-52) OutOfBoundsException if email was at start of text is fixed

For those who prefer CVS, the release is tagged as oscore_2_2_2 on java.net.
