RE: [osuser] extent of LDAP support

You are correct, it isn't very comprehensive. I wrote the original code
to merely sit on top of the database support and provide password
authentication (but no authorization). The only reason is because I know
next to _nothing_ about LDAP :)

If you would like to expand upon it, we'd be more than happy to put it
back in OSUser. Hell, maybe we'll even document it ;)
