TransformTags

Hi,

I'm reviving Transformtags (https://transformtags.dev.java.net/). Couple of
questions:

1. package: used to be com.opensymhony.module.tags.transform...I propose
com.opensymphony.transformtags
2. main focus on transforming XML using XSL, highlighting, htmllink and Java
code coloring (specific focus)
3. removing transform:transform or at least making it use JDK 1.4 regex? I'm
not sure if this is a useful tag
4. making it a small opensymphony component such as Clickstream
5. after the refactoring have a release out asap

Let me hear your thoughts!!
