That works. TXTags was packaged right after the decision to use
com.opensymphony.module.*

It's a useful tag, although not a popular one. As far as 1.4 is
concerned... I'd prefer not, since I use TXTags in a 1.3 shop still.

It was never a big clickstream, so that's no problem.

Main consideration might also be to remove the reliance on oscore.
