RE: [Opensymphony-oscache] How to release a release candidate of OSCache?

I'm really sorry man.  I forgot about the build changes.  I was sick
this weekend, so I haven't taken a look at what is needed.  Have you
tried to do a build?  Are there problems with the current build.xml?  I
can tag and branch if need be.
