Well not to give you angst, but I am only posting questions that are from the book I purchased "Web Work in Action". Whenever I ask how to learn WW, everyone says to read the WW book. Problem is the book is old, and it is hard to follow the book when the book says we are working on the Caveat Emptor application that I cannot find with the new software. So I apologize to all for many posts ... but what is a person to do when there is no continuity between the book and the WW site. And yes, I did the examples, and appreciate the links, and yes, I have read the docs and scanned the wiki.
