RE: building from CVS

. pserver access to CVS goes to a backup, which is approximately
  24 hours behind the developer CVS server.
. you should find all of the jars in the lib/ dir.
. the maven build requires the the castor plugin from the 
   unreleased version of maven, not 1.0 beta 9.
