Dropping support for JDBM

Hi,
    we have been saying for a *long* time now that we will be dropping
support for the JDBM database, so I want to make 0.7.6 the last release 
which supports the JDBM.

I don't plan to write a tool to migrate data from a JDBM database to 
an RDBMS.

Anyone have any objections?
