Clients hanging..

Hi All, This particular application was running smoothly. But for tha last couple of days its giving a problem. This particular Queue which has 4 different message consumers with different message selectors has around 650 messages in it. There are around 600 messages designated for one consumer,. say consumer1, as per the message selectors. All the other 3 consumers together will have some 50 messages in the queue. All the agents which have clients for this particular Queue is hanging.. except consumer1 which has more than 600 messages left in the queue. The client as well as the JMS logs dont show anything exceptional. What can be the problem?
