Integration Project with OpenJMS

Hi,

First off, thank you all for your work in putting together OpenJMS.  I've
used it in a number of integration projects and I am pleased to say that
it's been nothing but robust and easy to use.

I've written a number of open source software projects* that revolve around
integration and data manipulation, primarily as it regards to the health
care industry.  I'm well into my most ambitious project yet, that I hope
will form the basis for integration work for many smaller institutions for
both research and clinical care.  To complete this project I'd like to
include a binary copy of OpenJMS and to use OpenJMS as the embedded JMS
engine of choice for the application.  It appears that this is fine
according to the included license (I'll include all the documentation as
well as proper attribution of course and the appropriate links on my site).
I just wanted to make sure that it was acceptable to everyone involved that
I do this.

That said I do have one question for you.  Running an embedded copy of
OpenJMS is easy enough, but is it possible to get that embedded copy
listening on a port so that I can have multiple discrete VMs (on the same or
separate machines) running my software sharing data via JMS?  I'm still
debating if this is the appropriate way to move data between the
application's "management agents", but it would be nice to at least have the
option.
