Administration API and metrics ?

Hi,

Is there a way to get metrics from the Administration API like the number of 
clients currently connected (Durable and Non-Durable), the message transmission 
rate etc ...

It seems that the Administration API is only an insert/modify/delete tool in 
the database.

If not, is there a way to do this?
