Hello everybody, in our configuration we have openjms server installed on a dedicated machine and an Apache+Tomcat combo running the openjms-tunnel webapp. An arbitrary number of client machines in different locations can connect to the server and communicate with each other through RMI (if inside business LAN) or HTTP (from outer world). Everything goes well with RMI and for machines that run Linux, Mac or Windows 2K also with HTTP. The problems arise when running on XP machines with HTTP connections (both from LAN and WWW). In that case we get "Lost Connection" exceptions soon after connecting to the openjms servlet and without any apparent reason. This happened with our first solution that polled continuosly for messages so we moved to a more efficient solution by using asynch "onMessage" but the problem in some cases seems to be even worse. Is there any kind of limit/configuration/feature that has to be set or unset in the OS or in the OpenJMS config? I know it could not be related to strict openjms usage but we experience this problem particularly when using openjms and I thought perhaps some of you already bounced against this.
