I recently added a loop back address/interface to my xp development machine for tunneling samba over ssh. For anyone interested, here is a description of how to do it: http://lists.samba.org/archive/samba/2004-May/085358.html After doing so, all connections through openjms take forever. For example, it takes around 4 minutes for the createQueueSession method to return. OpenJMS is the only thing affected. I've connected to our queues through telnet, and the works perfectly. I'm guessing OpenJMS is attempting to use the loopback when searching for the queues. Anyone have any ideas as to what is actually going wrong? Any ways to fix it?
