need help for URGENT

i have implement ozone database in windows xp.
and now, i must move to linux
when i copy all my project to linux, the program can run well
with some adaptation of path in linux.
database that created in windows can't run in linux
the server have recognize all object, that's known when running ozone server, the information shown quantity of object that recognized.
but if my application connect, the ozone server refused the connection and show the error of connection.
that's some of the problem. but now i have something that i really need help
i can't compile my source code in linux
the error that occured say that the com.sun.tools.javac.Main can't recognize
maybe JAVA_HOME not set to JDK
it's happen when i use ozoneAnt
but i'm sure that my JAVA_HOME have already set properly
cause when i run the ozone server it run well
my application can run too
i have try to capture the error message. but i'm failed to save it to win filesystem
i don;t know why. 
please help me. please reply as soon as possibly. i need this for urgent
i must presented my application in a few days.

i have one question again. are backup and restore can run well??
