Install Ozone Database on Windows

Hi all. I'm totally new using OZone database. I want to install ozone as a 
database server, in a windows machine (Windows 2003), and then just run simple 
examples like Insert, Update, Delete. I read the documentation and tried to 
follow it, but it didn't work for me. Can anyone please direct me on what are 
the steps to follow, to install this database server on a windows 2003 server? 
Something like:

1. Do I need to install additional software, besides the Java Runtime 
Environment?
2. What are the environment variables I need to set, before running the 
installation?
3. What is the simplest way to do this?
