No additional software just unzip the ozone distribution, afterwards
you startup the server with some .bat file in the /bin directory of
the ozone distribution. The startup batch file recieves some USEFUL
parameters that you better (re) check on the ozone's user manual
(these can be the chosen directory among others)

This is important, you surely need to set environment variables the
full listing is, again, in the ozone's user manual, i can mention some
but surely forget many (OZONE_JVM, OZONE_HOME, ...). Double check that
you have those variables setted before you execute the bat file from
the command line you 're going to execute it.
