Am I right, that you say, that JDK 6 can no longer compiles the code working for JDK 1.4?
Traditionally Pico supports JDK 1.3 and Nano JDK 1.4. Although this might be revisited one day, I do not think we should have components that depend on JDK 6. This might be OK for optional functionality, but IIUC it means in this case that the complete nano-persistance module is affected. This should not happen.
