[picocontainer-dev] Pico/Nano Releases

(Note to self: I've got to stop deleting threads... I keep thinking of a 
response two hours later!)  :D

Since Nano (and everything based on it) still lists Pico 1.2 as a 
dependency, why don't we release Pico 1.3 first (especially since it 
doesn't rely on groovy).  Then we take a moment or two to get the new 
version propagated to Nano just to make sure there aren't any surprises. 

Then we can release Nano once Groovy is out.
